Subscription Plans

Our products are offered on a subscription basis. Plans vary by features, usage limits, and support level. Details of each plan are available on our pricing page.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your chosen plan. Payments are processed automatically at the start of each billing cycle.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• Access continues until the end of your current billing period
• No refunds are issued for partial billing periods
• Your data will be available for export for 30 days after cancellation

Platform Ownership

One Seven Technologies retains all intellectual property rights to the platform, including code, design, algorithms, and documentation. Your subscription grants you a license to use the platform, not ownership of it.

Your Data

You retain full ownership of all data you upload, create, or process through our platform. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for purposes other than providing our services to you.

Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about our products may be used by One Seven Technologies to improve the platform without any obligation or compensation to you.

Permitted Use

You may use our platform for lawful business purposes in accordance with your subscription plan. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access the source code
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
• Upload malicious code or content that could harm the platform or other users
• Exceed the usage limits of your subscription plan through automated means

Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. We will provide notice when possible, but may act immediately if there is a security risk.

Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control.

Support

Support availability depends on your subscription plan. All plans include access to our help documentation. Premium plans include priority email and chat support.

Data Backup

We perform regular backups of platform data. However, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical data. We recommend exporting important data regularly.

Termination by You

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation:

• Your access continues until the end of the current billing period
• Your data will be available for export for 30 days
• After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted

Termination by One Seven Technologies

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Activities that pose a security risk to the platform or other users
• Use of the platform for illegal purposes

We will provide reasonable notice when possible and allow you to export your data before termination, unless immediate action is required for security reasons.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

Dispute Resolution

Before pursuing legal action, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may pursue legal remedies.
